MANILA — The Philippine men’s and women’s national volleyball teams have both qualified for the Nagoya-Aichi Asian Games in September in Japan, the Philippine Olympic Committee (POC) announced on Monday.
The Asian Volleyball Confederation (AVC) sent the email confirming the Philippines’ qualification to the Asiad over the weekend, according to POC President Abraham “Bambol” Tolentino.
